The WebStds.ipc.org Web site provides information on the standards being developed through the American National Standardization Institute (ANSI) process by the IPC and members of iNEMI. Each standard starts with the development of a Project Initiation Notification (PINS) document which is required by the ANSI system. The e-commerce chart shows the relationship of the various standards and how they work together to manage business to business (B2B) transactions.

Joint IPC/iNEMI Standardization Projects take the proposed "Proof of Concept" developed by iNEMI through the ANSI approval procedures. The resulting Standards shown in the e-commerce matrix are available on this Web site. Comments may be provided to the committees developing the standards on the GenCAM Forum. Future or continuing activities of committees developing individual standards, are open to all iNEMI organizations (the originators of the concept) and IPC organizations.
